📲SMS Enabled Phone Numbers

In this recipe, you’ll learn how to enable text messages in NexLevel for better conversions for your business.

Setting up the Phone Number

  • Login to your NexLevel Account.

  • Go to --> settings --> Phone numbers --> Add Numbers.

  • Select your country, and desired Area code from the Pop-up.

  • You can select any of the available number from the list and click 'Save'

  • In the next step, we need to forward calls to your Business number. To set the forwarding number, press the ✎ icon, and add name, and the forwarding number that you wish to use. Then click 'Update'.

  • Done!

Testing the Number

  • Now you need to test the Number. Send a test message to your selected number. This will appear on your Dashboard --> Conversations.

  • Just click on the message, you can the see the entire message, and sender details on the right side.

  • NexLevel also offering Reply option from the chat instead of your phone. it can automatically save Phone, Email leads from the future conversations.

  • That's it. You've successfully updated Phone number for your Business.
