📲SMS Enabled Phone Numbers
In this recipe, you’ll learn how to enable text messages in NexLevel for better conversions for your business.
Setting up the Phone Number
Login to your NexLevel Account.
Go to --> settings --> Phone numbers --> Add Numbers.
Select your country, and desired Area code from the Pop-up.
You can select any of the available number from the list and click 'Save'
In the next step, we need to forward calls to your Business number. To set the forwarding number, press the ✎ icon, and add name, and the forwarding number that you wish to use. Then click 'Update'.
Done!
Testing the Number
Now you need to test the Number. Send a test message to your selected number. This will appear on your Dashboard --> Conversations.
Just click on the message, you can the see the entire message, and sender details on the right side.
NexLevel also offering Reply option from the chat instead of your phone. it can automatically save Phone, Email leads from the future conversations.
That's it. You've successfully updated Phone number for your Business.
