🦸‍♀️The NexLevel Web Chat Widget

You'll learn in this recipe how to create a Nexlevel WebChat widget for engaging in quick chats with clients and collecting leads for your business.

If you don't have any existing website, follow these steps:

• Login to your NexLevel Account.

• From Dashboard, Go to Sites --> Websites --> New website.

• Click to the 'Go to Template Library', it will launch the Agency templates library.

• Choose the template based on your business, and press 'Get this template'

• Once the template loading successfully to your account, Click the 'Preview button' to ensure the website pages are loading correctly.

• You can easily customize the website contents by clicking on each pages in future.

• Now, it's the time to add Chat Widget in your website.

• Click on 'settings'

• You can notice a chat widget option in the bottom area. 'click' to activate it.

• After turn it on, go back to the website, and refresh it. The Chat Widget will popup on the right bottom of your page.

• You can collect Leads from the conversation tab, if user submit the data.

If your Website is in WordPress, Follow these steps:

• Go to WordPress Dashboard--> Plugins--> Add New

• Install and Activate 'Lead connector' plugin from the plugin store.

• After the click lead connector icon from the WordPress sidebar, it will ask you the API key.

• To Get that API key, go to your NexLevel account dashboard.

• Click on Settings --> Business Profile --> API key.

• Copy the key by 'clicking' on it and paste it on the WordPress API key section and click 'Save'.

• After save, click on 'Enable chat widget' and Click 'save' again.

• After the steps, refresh your WordPress site. the Chatbot will popup in the bottom.

• If the user will enter the data, it will automatically collect in NexLevel 'Conversations' tab.

If Your website is in Other Platforms, Follow these steps:

• If your website is not in WordPress or NexLevel, You can use a script to add it in your website. To get that:

• Go to NexLevel Dashboard --> sites --> chat widget.

• Click on the 'Get code' option from the bottom of the customizer.

• Now you can see a 'Unique script code' for the chat bot installation.

• Copy the code and paste it on the 'body' section of your website script. or you can implement it via Tag manager.

• After the update refresh your website, the chat bot will be popup in the website.

• That's it. You have successfully Implemented NexLevel chatbot in your website.
