In this recipe, unearth the game-changing recipe for automating answers to FAQs with Nexlevel, taking your business's customer support to the next level of efficiency and satisfaction.

  • Login with your NexLevel Account

  • From the Dashboard, Click Automation--> Click on 'Create New'

  • Scroll down to FAQ code 'Recipe Auto Reply' and click 'Create'

  • From here, you can see the Frequent messages of Instagram, FB, google message etc. on triggers.

  • From the default workflow, customize it as you want.

  • You can edit custom values, Email subjects, Time duration, etc. in SMS, Instagram DM, Messenger and Google message.

  • If you want to add Multiple stages to the workflow, you can simply copy actions and edits the existing workflow with different conditions.

  • After the edits click 'save' and 'Publish' the workflow.

  • You can also check the workflow by sending a test mail with any of the key phrase. Test with your new email.

  • That's it. You have been successfully added Automated answer to your FAQ.
