🤙Call to Action Forms

In this recipe, you'll discover how to create a compelling Call to Action form to interact with clients quickly and capture valuable leads for your business.

• Login to your NexLevel Account.

• Go to Sites --> Forms --> Builder --> Create New Form

• In the right side panel, you have the option to change Form Name, color, Layout, etc.

• From fields section, you can drag and drop the required fields like Texts, Name, email, phone etc. to your form.

• You can also add CTA Button, Submission message, Redirection URL on the form.

• After your Customization, click 'save'

• Now you need to add this form to your website.

If your website is in NexLevel, follow the below steps:

• Open your Nexlevel website template page, that you want to add the CTA form.

• Open the page editor option, and click 'Popup' option from the top bar.

• Select the suitable row, column and element.

• From element option, select your form by searching the 'form name'

• After loading you form in the section, select popup settings, and make necessary edits.

• For example, if you want to open the popup form when you click a button in your page, that is possible in NexLevel.

• After the changes, click 'save'

• You can see the popup is working when you open your website in a new tab.

If your website is not in NexLevel, follow the below steps:

• Open your Form Editor in NexLevel.

• At the bottom, you can see the 'Integrate Form' option. click on it.

• Select a suitable popup layout from the given options and click 'copy embed code'

• Paste this embed code inside your website backend script. and click 'save'

• Done. Now you can see the CTA popup form is loading when you refresh your website.
