In this recipe, you’ll learn how to send text messages for better conversions.

• Login to your NexLevel Account.

• Click on the Sub Account tab from the left Dashboard. and click 'Create sub account'

• Select a suitable template from the snapshot list for your Business, or Proceed with a Blank one.

• From the next page, you can select your business details from the Map. if you want to add Manually, click 'Add account Manually' option.

• After adding the details, click 'save'. You can see your new sub Account in your dropdown list of the dashboard.

• Click on your Sub account --> settings --> Phone numbers --> Add Numbers.

• select your country, and desired Area code from the Pop-up.

• you can select any of the available number from the list and click 'Save'

• in the next step, we need to forward calls to your Business number. To set the forwarding number, press the ✎ icon, and add name, and the number you wanted to forward. Then press 'Update'

• Done! Now you need to test the Number. send a test message to your selected number. it will appear on your Dashboard --> Conversations.

• Just click on the message, you can the see the entire message, and sender details on the right side.

• NexLevel also offering Reply option from the chat instead of your phone. it can automatically save Phone, Email leads from the future conversations.

• That's it. you successfully Updated Phone number for your Business.
